Protect the Longevity of Your Solar Project

Protect the life and productivity of your solar microgrid with Operation & Maintenance agreement. Solar Plus is trusted partner in Operation and Maintenance providing program maintenance, software maintenance, panel cleaning, warranty updates, and performance monitoring.

Each project will require a different level of maintenance, we will discuss this with you as part of the project schedule.

Program Maintenance

Program maintenance includes; software updates, on-line program adjustment for seasonal solar changes and load demand changes. On-site visits will include sensor calibration, and all connections will be checked.

System Maintenance

Solar Plus can perform preventive maintenance site visits once a year or more frequently depending on the size, or when monitoring equipment identifies a problem.

Panel Cleaning

Panel cleaning a year to clear dust, pollen and dirt and optimize the array production and continue the visual beauty of the array. The method will involve a small electric pressure washer and a leaf blower to remove debris from under the panels and excess water from the top of the panels.

Product Warranty

Each product installed, from the battery, inverters and panels, includes a manufacturer warranty. Solar Plus will enforce product warranties.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and control the performance of your system with the Sol-Ark inverter app and a program. These programs represent live, real-time dynamic data available for the customer and analytics and controls available to the contractor Solar Plus.

Data on the screens of the inverters in the equipment room is instantaneous. Data on the phone app or the computer program updates at 2-minute intervals. 24-hour access provides power flow and accumulated energy usage data.

Review of data can be daily, monthly, or yearly. Our monitoring system ensures that our solar sites are always operating at system potential. If a system is operating below expectations, it will be closely watched and contributing factors will be analyzed.
